Mediation offers the opportunity for future and separating spouses to agree between themselves, with the assistance of a neutral third party, the decisions to be made with respect to their legal rights in the form of a prenuptial agreement or separation agreement, including those relative to child custody, child support, maintenance, spousal support, division of assets and payment of fees. Mediation offers couples the ability to avoid costly litigation and to work amicably toward a joint resolution of the legal issues of their anticipated marriage or divorce.

Jessica Hugabone Vinson, Esq., of Vella, Carbone & Vinson, LLP, is a certified matrimonial mediator. Unlike other mediation services, Jessica has had extensive experience in litigating matters of divorce and child custody, among the other issues to be decided within a separation and divorce. Jessica brings this experience to her mediation practice and, is not only able to facilitate and guide spouses to amicable resolution, but may also prepare and arranged for the execution of the agreements necessary for the parties to obtain their divorce.
