Joshua R. Paultre
Biography
Joshua R. Paultre joined Vella, Carbone & Vinson, LLP as an associate attorney. Joshua is a 2023 magna cum laude graduate of Albany Law School. At Albany Law School, Joshua was a member of the Science and Technology Law Review Journal and the recipient of the John Alexander Memorial Scholarship. While at Albany Law School, Joshua was admitted to the limited supervised practice of law through the pro bono scholars’ program at the Legal Society of Northeastern New York. The pro bono scholars’ program allows a law student in their final semester of law school to contribute 500 hours of pro bono service and take the bar exam prior to graduating. Through this program Joshua assisted in representation of tenants, giving legal advice to clients in emergency situations including evictions, foreclosures, negotiating with landlords, filling out financial assistance applications, and other legal documents.
Joshua has experience in real property litigation, having worked in private practice on foreclosure matters and with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, where he provided legal assistance to clients during challenging times. He has since focused his practice on real estate and estate administration, continuing his goal of helping clients navigate sensitive legal issues while preserving their legacies.
